We're looking for a hands-on Senior Accountant who enjoys partnering with operations, solving problems, and helping drive business performance.

* Lead cost accounting and inventory management
* Analyze labor, material, and overhead costs
* Partner with factory and project teams to improve performance
* Monitor job costs and profitability
* Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
* Perform variance and margin analysis
* Support financial reporting and cost trend analysis
* Assist with audits and internal controls
* Oversee day-to-day accounting activities (AP, AR, and GL)
* Support project accounting and project administration
* Prepare multi-state sales and use tax filings
* Provide ad hoc analysis and support strategic initiatives
? Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
? 5-7+ years of progressive accounting experience
? Construction or project accounting experience required
? Strong Microsoft Excel skills
? Experience in fast-paced, operational environments
? Familiarity with ERP systems (Vista Viewpoint experience is a plus)
You're someone who is:

? Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and figuring things out
? Collaborative and humble
? Able to build relationships across diverse teams and personalities
? CPA or CMA
? Experience with Power BI, Prophix, or AutoDesk
? Manufacturing or construction industry experience
? Project-based accounting background
